The danger of '21 Miles in Malibu'

MALIBU, Calif. — In the wake of deadly crashes on the PCH, families and local leadership are demanding action.

On Tuesday, the nonprofit group, Streets are for Everyone, placed four “Ghost Tires” in honor of four victims who were killed when a car crashed into parked cars on the PCH, Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir and Deslyn Williams.

On Sunday, additional tires will be placed at the memorial site.
